Under Health & Wellness, the Foundation undertakes projects and programmes that seek the general wellbeing of people and communities. This is manifested in the undertaking of health infrastructure, water and sanitation projects. The rest include road & pedestrian safety campaigns, highlighting key milestones on the health calendar and implementing preventative health programs. Education and Empowerment
The Foundation, within this area of focus, seeks to empower people and communities through the provision of educational and economic opportunities. This is demonstrated in the provision of educational facilities, teaching and learning aids and e-learning platforms. It also includes support in the form of skills training, toolkits, equipment and mentorship for young entrepreneurs, women and disadvantaged groups to venture into business.

Rlg Community Service Week
The Rlg Foundation as part of instituting an Employee Volunteer Program (EVP) has earmarked the week of 12 – 19th April annually as rlg Community Service Week. During this period, all staff of Rlg and its stakeholders and partners such as member companies of the AGAMS Group will undertake community service programs such as painting of schools, hospitals, reading exercises, tree planting, clean up campaigns and blood donation drive etc.
